About the Client:

We're seeking a compassionate caregiver for a father who recently returned home from the hospital. This is the family's first experience with skilled care, and they're looking for someone reliable to support him during this important transition. The client uses a walker or wheelchair for mobility and needs assistance with daily personal care tasks. The family speaks English at home, though a caregiver who also speaks Vietnamese would be warmly welcomed.

Responsibilities:

- Provide mobility assistance for a client who uses a walker or wheelchair
- Support with toileting and personal hygiene needs
- Light housekeeping and tidying to maintain a comfortable living environment
- Ensure safety and comfort throughout daily activities
- Communicate clearly with family members about care needs and any changes

What We're Looking For:

The ideal caregiver is reliable, consistent, and experienced with post-hospital care for seniors. You should be patient, calm, and able to help the client feel comfortable as he adjusts to receiving care. We value someone who takes initiative when needed while respecting the client's independence. Experience with mobility assistance devices and personal care is essential.



Bilingual English/Vietnamese speakers are strongly preferred but not required.

Schedule:

This is a daily position requiring care most days of the week. The family needs consistent, ongoing support as the client recovers and adjusts to his new care routine.
