Responsibilities

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
- Assist with gardening activities such as soil preparation, planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring healthy growth.
- Operate various hand tools and power tools safely for landscape installation and upkeep projects.
- Use mechanical equipment like excavators for larger landscaping projects or site preparation under supervision.
- Conduct snow removal operations using shovels, snow blowers, plows, or other equipment to ensure safe pathways and driveways during winter storms.
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing,



or installing components to support healthy landscapes.
- Support general site maintenance tasks including debris removal, fence repairs, and minor construction work as needed.

Skills

- Experience with landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery and tools.
- Familiarity with horticulture principles including planting techniques and garden care.
- Ability to operate construction machinery like excavators with proper training or certification preferred.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance practices.
- Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials is essential.
- Construction experience is a plus for assisting with site development projects.
