We are looking for a Corporate Law Clerk to join our firm.

A candidate with a minimum of three to five years experience handling corporate files from beginning to end is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have valuable work ethic and communication skills, with attention to detail and good interpersonal skills to work in our established friendly environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to complete the following tasks:

- open client files;
- order and review NUANS reports;
- prepare corporate documents in support of Real Estate transactions;
- prepare annual resolutions and minutes of meetings for corporations;
- organize new corporations and complete all registers in minute book;
- complete and file Form 1;
- prepare annual returns;
- prepare Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Amendment, Continuance,



Amalgamation, Dissolution;
- draft asset purchase and sale documents, share purchase and sale agreements, and all related documents;
- order corporate searches, including Certificate of Status, Corporate Profiles, PPSA searches, and prepare and files PPSA registrations;
- prepare draft accounts;
- communicate regularly with clients on all matters;
- general office clerical duties

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
