Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Law Clerk Supervisor to lead and oversee a team of legal clerks within our legal department. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of law clerks/assistant, including task assignments and workflow management
- Oversee the quality control of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm's standards
- Support legal research efforts by guiding clerks in utilizing research tools effectively and verifying sources
- Assist with handling AB/Tort files
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols, phone etiquette standards,



and professional communication practices across all interactions

Requirements

- Proven experience in administrative roles within a legal environment with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent proficiency in legal drafting techniques
- Experience with coordinating workflow efficiently
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Exceptional clerical experience including filing, record keeping, phone etiquette, and general office procedures
