The Hybrid Model: For litigators who are still expanding their courtroom exposure, we offer a flexible hybrid structure (typically 1–2 days in office) designed to support direct mentorship, collaborative file strategy, and seamless integration with our Saint-Laurent team.

​Core Responsibilities ​

Direct File Management: Take full, autonomous charge of complex civil and commercial litigation files from inception through resolution. ​

Courtroom Advocacy: Represent, advise, and advocate for clients before judicial bodies, settlement conferences, and negotiations.

​Strategic Business Development:



Actively participate in expanding the litigation practice through networking, publishing, and client acquisition. All business development efforts are formally recognized and integrated into your overall compensation. ​

​Candidate Profile ​Qualifications:

Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec with a minimum of 3 years of civil and commercial litigation experience. ​

Core Competencies: Exceptional legal writing, sharp analytical judgment, and a solid, confident presence in oral advocacy. ​

Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to innovate standard litigation approaches within a structured, forward-thinking practice. ​

Languages: Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).

Compensation & Structural Advantages

​3–5 Years of Experience: Base compensation generally ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus performance-driven incentives. ​

Experienced Litigators: Salary and structure are tailored reflectively based on your level of autonomy, trial experience, and client-building capacity. ​

Paid Growth: Dedicated business development time is compensated as working time.
