Key Responsibilities & Standards As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to execute flawless installations while modeling industry best practices.



While standard hours apply, occasional flexibility may be required to facilitate specific client needs or complex work schedules (always with advance notice).

Project Leadership & Preparation

- Strategic Planning: Independently review upcoming commercial and residential projects, audit stock, and ensure you and your crew are fully equipped for the week.
- Daily Execution: Interpret detailed project notes, execute precise pre-cuts, and manage the logistics of loading specialized tools, ladders, and scaffolding.
- Equipment Stewardship: Maintain strict organization and care for company vehicles, tools, and client properties.
- Safety Leadership: Act as a safety leader on site. Work confidently and safely at heights (ladders, scaffolding, man-lifts) and proactively identify and communicate ways to improve job site safety and efficiency.

Advanced Installation & Performance

- Master-Level Workmanship: Deliver flawless, effective installations of tint, frost, vinyl, and security films on both complex commercial and premium residential projects.
- Reliability & Pacing: Manage your time effectively to arrive on schedule and complete high-end installations within the designated window without compromising quality.
- Field Administration: Accurately log inventory usage and promptly invoice projects from the field using our proprietary company app.

Customer Relations & Innovation

- Exceptional Client Care: Act as the face of the company. Call ahead to clients, educate them on the product during the install, address concerns with professional authority, and conduct thorough final walk-throughs.

What to Expect When Starting Because you already know the trade, our onboarding is focused on integrating you into our systems, culture, and specific standards of excellence.

- Week 1 – System Integration: Meet the team, learn our software, and familiarize yourself with our operational standards. You will shadow our Operations Manager to see exactly how we manage client communications and site flow.
- Week 2 – Taking the Lead: Step out into the field to run real customer sites. You will demonstrate your installation capabilities, manage your day, and get comfortable with our invoicing and inventory processes.
- Week 3 & Beyond – Autonomy, Execution & Training: Take full ownership of your schedule. You will be independently reviewing your app, running complex projects, leading junior crews, providing premium client care packages, stacking up Google Review bonuses, and beginning your advanced practice runs for the WCTC.

Requirements

- Proven Experience: 3+ years of verifiable experience installing architectural window films (tint, frost, vinyl, security film) in commercial and residential settings.
- Technical Mastery: Highly proficient with precision hand tools and advanced installation techniques (splicing, precise edge trimming, complex glass shapes).
- Physical Capability: Fully capable of heavy lifting and performing work safely at heights on a daily basis. Existing safety certifications (e.g., Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform) are a strong asset.
- Professionalism: Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, a positive, solutions-oriented attitude, and a willingness to be on camera for our media channels.
- Leadership Mindset: A drive to compete, share your knowledge, adapt to our company’s specific best practices, and lead projects with minimal supervision.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
