Oak Valley Health seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the interprofessional team, delivering patient and family-centered care across adult, neonatal, and pediatric populations. The RRT will support the department as a Discipline Lead and contribute to education and quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in ventilation management, ABG protocols, and invasive/non-invasive techniques while collaborating with ICU, ED, OR and childbirth teams
