Job Title: Lead Housekeeper (Boutique Hospitality Properties)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Housekeeper to take ownership of cleaning operations and more at our boutique hospitality properties in Prince Edward County. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and can operate independently while ensuring a consistent, guest-ready experience.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and reset guest rooms and common areas to a high standard
- Perform final quality checks to ensure rooms and properties are guest-ready
- Maintain consistency and presentation standards across all properties
- Manage and restock supplies; flag maintenance or property issues
- Conduct regular inventory of cleaning and operational supplies
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules based on occupancy and turnovers
- Follow and refine cleaning checklists and operational processes
- Coordinate with management on turnovers, priorities, and day-to-day property needs
- Assist with guest issues and on-site requests as needed
- Conduct routine property and venue spot checks




- Run occasional property-related errands and assist with deliveries or pickups
- Support minor operational tasks and troubleshooting across the properties
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (required)
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable with a robust sense of ownership and accountability
- Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods
- Own transportation to/from the property

Details:

- Location: Prince Edward County
- Weekend availability required

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
