Job Summary

Casa Americo Italian Bistro & Restaurant is seeking a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our team in Milton, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, maintaining food quality standards, assisting with kitchen operations, and keeping the kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organized.

Job Duties

- Determine the size of food portions and costs.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.




- Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.

Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- English.
