Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Logistics Sales Leader to drive growth and strengthen our logistics and supply chain solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead sales initiatives, develop key customer relationships, and expand our footprint in the freight and third-party logistics (3PL) sectors. Your expertise will help optimize our supply chain services, foster long-term partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

- Bring sales on all the lanes including Canada and USA ( East and West )
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities in B2B sales environments.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, including data entry and CRM updates to track progress effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and account management to deliver seamless logistics solutions tailored to client needs.
- Utilize industry knowledge of freight, 3PL providers,



and supply chain processes to advise clients on optimal transportation strategies.
- Oversee inside sales activities, including outreach efforts via phone or digital channels, to generate leads and expand market presence.

Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B sales within the logistics, freight, or supply chain sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities to foster long-term partnerships.
- Familiarity with freight operations, load booking platforms as Loadlink and DAT
- Knowledge of sales management practices and inside sales techniques to drive results effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic decision-making in a rapid-paced environment.
