That's where you come in....Position DescriptionAs aa General Laborer with Electrical Experience you will support our heating and cooling equipment operations assisting with assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical panels, performing general shop duties, and supporting technicians as needed.Afternoon shift, 3:00pm – 11:30pm,



Monday -FridayKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor production schedule and report anything that may impact schedule either in a positive or negative wayCompare job parts received against BOMReview drawings and parts, notifying Engineering of any errors that require correctingRequest parts from warehouseBuild panels, terminate wiring in panels and print wire tags for electrical departmentEnsure quality standards and procedures are met and followedEnsure safety policies are met and followedSupport continuous improvement effortsPerform continuity checks on panelsMark up electrical drawings and deliver to Engineering for creation of As-built drawingsWork with parts department and Engineering to solve parts issues regarding panelsMaintain tools, and tool PM sheets in panel shopPerform tasks assigned in a secure manner and in accordance with our Health & Safety Policies, JHA's & SWP's.Responsible to understand and follow all Company Policies and Rules.Required Education & QualificationsProven ability to use hand and power toolsCapacity to learn and follow electrical drawings, wiring schematics and bill of materialsAbility to plan and execute jobs successfullyExperience bending and install rigid and EMT pipe as well as calculating pipe fill and wire sizeAbility to mount panels, VFDs, filters and devices and install instrumental tubing and devicesExperience prepping and installing lights as well as pulling and terminating wireStrong communication, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skillsAbility to work in a team and independentlyAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAvailability for overtime on weekdays/weekends when requiredUnderstanding of engineering and electrical principlesPrevious experience in manufacturing environmentExperience or knowledge of HVAC will be considered an asset
