At PreCon, now under the OSCO Construction Group, you will support our production operations through various labour-intensive tasks. Communication and the ability to follow safety standards are key aspects of this role. You will work with a skilled team, focusing on tasks like operating machinery and ensuring high-quality standards in concrete products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate power tools while ensuring safety
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete materials
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment




• Communicate effectively with team members
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
• High school diploma is a plus
• Labour experience in construction preferred
• Ability to read and apply basic measurements
• Must be comfortable in diverse work settings
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials frequently
