Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, manage seating, and create a welcoming first impression
Present menus and provide clear, helpful descriptions of menu items
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards




Upsell menu items and daily features to enhance guest experience
Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed
Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction
Support team operations including bussing, resetting tables, and assisting during peak hours

Requirements
Previous serving experience preferred (minimum 1–2 years ideal)
Smart Serve certification (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting and multitask effectively
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Basic math and cash handling skills
