and long-term career advancement.Build your future with a company that invests in your success.Compensation$70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualificationsWhat You'll Be DoingPartner with Project Managers to:Develop and maintain construction schedulesReview estimates and help lead project kick-off meetingsTrack daily costs using Heavy Job and Explorer softwareReview and verify daily timesheetsCoordinate materials, subcontractors, workforce, and equipmentSupport contract negotiations with clientsNegotiate with subcontractors and suppliers; prepare purchase ordersPrepare and price change orders (client and subcontractor)Assist with cost and delay claimsPrepare and submit progress drawsReview and approve subcontractor/supplier invoicesTake on additional responsibilities as assignedWork alongside Estimators to:Prepare detailed estimates using Explorer and/or Heavy BidReview drawings and tender documents thoroughlyHelp prepare and submit competitive tenders and proposalsAttend site visits as requiredIdentify bidding opportunities (BC Bid, Merx, BidCentral, Bids&Tenders, networking, etc.)Participate in estimate review meetings with leadershipWhat You BringPost-secondary education in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3 years of direct construction industry experienceStrong knowledge of construction processes and project lifecyclesValid driver's licenseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to draft and format professional correspondence and project documentationStrong organizational and time-management skillsA proactive,
