About the Role

In this role, you aren’t just selling machines; you are helping customers build the heart of their homes. From high-end kitchen suites to the latest in laundry technology, you will use your expertise to provide tailored solutions that fit our customers' lifestyles and budgets.

What You’ll Do

- Drive Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively engaging with customers on the showroom floor.
- Expert Consultation: Provide deep product knowledge on major appliance brands, features, and innovations.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Showroom Standards: Maintain a clean, professional, and well-merchandised appliance department.

What You Bring

- Proven Track Record: At least 1+ years of experience in big-ticket retail sales (appliances, electronics, or furniture preferred).
- Communication Skills: An ability to translate technical specs into "real-world" benefits for the customer.
- Technical Savvy:



Comfortable using POS systems and staying up-to-date with the latest smart-home appliance trends.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
