Our mission is to maintain a best-in‐class portfolio that consistently delivers excellence in care and services while ensuring economic sustainability.As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an significant role in supporting the nutritional well‐being of our residents.Reporting to the Food Service Manager, you'll assist with meal preparation, serve meals with care, and ensure that kitchen and dining areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll also help accommodate individual dietary needs and contribute to a warm, home‐like atmosphere.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsuring food is handled in a safe manner, including proper storage and labelingAssisting cooks in basic food preparationExecuting proper food service in relation to internal and external guidelines and protocolsServing meals according to Resident diet ordersWashing,
