This Sessional Lecturer position is perfect for candidates with a Master of Social Work and a passion for teaching. You will conduct 13 synchronous classes while preparing students for real-world challenges in social work. Your role will include designing coursework and offering guidance to your students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a course outline and related assignments
• Conduct 13 Zoom lectures throughout the semester
• Evaluate student work and submit grades on time
• Provide student support during office hours
• Engage with the Associate Dean as needed
Requirements:
• Possess a Master of Social Work (MSW)
• Experience relevant to course content is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Preferred teaching experience in a post-secondary setting
