Every Meridian project is thoughtfully designed to deliver comfort, style, luxury, efficiency, and long-term value.What You Will Be DoingAs an Apprentice Carpenter, you will work alongside experienced carpenters and site supervisors to support the successful construction of a multi-unit wood-frame hotel project. You will gain valuable hands‐on experience while assisting with a variety of carpentry and construction tasks. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Assisting with wood-frame construction including walls, floors, roofs, backing, and structural componentsAssisting with layout, framing, and installation of walls, ceilings, blocking, bulkheads, and backingAssisting with wood framing quality control to ensure work is completed accurately and to project requirementsInstallation of doors, windows, hardware, millwork, and finishing carpentry componentsAssisting with installation of handrails, guardrails,



and other architectural detailsMaterial handling, site preparation, and maintaining organized work areasSafely operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipmentEnsuring work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standardsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentHow You Will SucceedThe ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
