The Opportunity:The Property Management Team has an opportunity for a permanent full-time Facility Maintenance Mechanic position located in Saskatoon.As an integral part of our service-oriented team, you will maintain and service facility systems to help ensure a safe and productive environment for our customers and clients.Under the direction of the Building Operator, you will be responsible for:Performing facility maintenance duties such as operating, maintaining, and cleaning building mechanical and HVAC systems including providing minor repairs to these systems; Performing safeand efficient operation of the boiler systems and air conditioning equipment; Analyzing and maintaining boiler water testing and completing minor plumbing repairs; Ensuring facilities and equipment are protected and are meeting operating standards; Providing day-to-day building maintenance and grounds-keeping; andCompleting any additional duties as assigned.
