You'll contribute to high‑impact projects across change management, communications, events, and colleague engagement programs, helping us support leaders, connect colleagues to our TD Way and foster a strong and inclusive culture. This is a unique opportunity to explore multiple disciplines, gain exposure to strategic work, and build your professional network. What You'll Do Change Management: Support the development of tools, templates and resources to enable consistent and effective change practices across the organization. Communications: Help draft internal messaging, develop content for newsletters and support communications campaigns. Events: Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events and engagement activities. Colleague Experience: Support programs that enhance recognition, development, and inclusion across Wealth. Conduct research, gather insights and prepare presentations to support team initiatives. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co‑op/intern positions) A passion for storytelling, employee engagement and organizational culture.
