This prospect will provide hands on experience in supporting the enterprise application including performing configuration activities as required.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first level support for SAP users reporting issues with the SAP systemPerform unit testing of solutions for business sign off and alignment to the requirementsCollaborate with the SAP IT team with new functionality and support required configuration changesDocument procedures, FAQs, and technical issues to support process improvement.Basic QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong interest in enterprise applications and IT operationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with the teamCandidate must be located in Ottawa, OntarioCandidate must be available for four (4) months, starting January 2027Desired SkillsPrior experience either using or supporting an SAP system would be an assetUnderstanding of business processes related to finance, procurement, and productionExperience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and ticket management solutions to track and manage requests
