Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a growing insurance company on the search for their nextCustomer Service Representative . Located out of the Thompson office, this is an ideal chance for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join one of Manitoba’s top employers.

Please note this is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm position.

Responsibilities
Greet in-person clients and direct inquiries
Answer phone calls and assist clients with questions related to their insurance coverage
Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing
Communicate with other team members and act as a liaison between departments
Assist with appointment scheduling and follow up as needed

Qualifications
Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is preferred




Previous experience in an office or customer-service related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Self-directed, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
