Insight Global is seeking an experienced technology leader to establish, manage, and continuously improve enterprise Release Management, Configuration Management, and Environment Management capabilities. This role serves as the central point of accountability for software release governance, deployment coordination, configuration control, CMDB accuracy, environment lifecycle management, operational readiness, and continuous delivery practices across a complex enterprise technology landscape. The ideal candidate has successfully led enterprise release and deployment practices in large, regulated organizations.

The successful candidate will partner across Development, DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Security, Operations, Architecture, and Business teams to ensure technology changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal business disruption.

Day-to-day:

- Govern complex release calendars across multiple teams and platforms
- Establish mature release management processes and controls
- Drive CI/CD adoption and deployment automation
- Improve change success rates and reduce deployment failures
- Manage CMDB governance and configuration integrity




- Oversee non-production and production environments across cloud and hybrid platforms
- Coordinate application, infrastructure, and platform releases
- Improve operational stability while accelerating delivery velocity
- Communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, IT Delivery, Workplace Management, and Configuration Management
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience leading enterprise-wide release activities
- Experience supporting large-scale application portfolios
- Experience within cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments
- Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

- Insurance experience
- Experience operating within ITIL-based organizations
- Experience building processes and governance from the ground up
