We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations.
- Offer body waxing services as part of the salon’s service menu.
- Upsell additional treatments, retail products, and packages to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and welcoming for clients throughout the day.
- Educate clients on nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products suited to individual client needs.
Qualifications
- Valid state cosmetology or nail technician license required.
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art preferred.
- Experience with body waxing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
