Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services is seeking a Research Officer - Human Performance to support fitness assessment and training for CAF members. This role contributes to evidence-based research and operational readiness within the Pre-BMT Fitness Readiness Program.
You will conduct lab exercise testing, develop training programs, and help design data collection for physical fitness maintenance and evaluation standards, while supervising staff and managing budgets and compliance.
