Job Type : 1-Year Contract (Possibility to extend up to 24-Month Contract)
Working Hours : 9:00AM to 5:30PM (8-hour shift)
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office workplace including tidy up lobby, conference rooms and dining areas as needed.
Greet employees and visitors.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
Receive and distribute mail and packages and support outgoing mail and shipping packages.
Support employee general requests on office admin ticketing system.
Greet recent hires for onboarding and assist HR with offboarding as needed.
Conduct inventory, order and replenish office supplies, office snacks/drinks as needed.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
Assist with menu selection for office catered lunches and onsite catering coordination.
Other office admin responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years Receptionist Experience
Qualified appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High School Diploma/Community College
