The role requires performing preventive maintenance, semiannual roof inspections, and using a range of hand and power tools, with a focus on safety and timely completion of requests.
Experience in electrical, A/C/HVAC, plumbing or landscaping is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license. DOT certification can be sponsored.
