POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for a .Net Analyst-Programmer motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to analyze business needs and design solutions on the .Net platform; develop, test and deploy robust, high-performing applications; maintain and evolve existing systems; and work closely with business and development teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze business needs and design solutions on the .Net platform.
Develop, test and deploy robust, high-performing C#/.Net applications.
Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance on existing systems.
Contribute to the design of .Net application architectures.
Document analyses, technical deliverables and test cases.
Collaborate with business, development and quality assurance teams.
Take part in Agile ceremonies and team code reviews

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science or a related discipline.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a .Net Analyst-Programmer.
Experience with the .Net / C# workplace and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server).
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
Hold one of the following certifications:



Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600).
Hold one of the following Agile certifications (an asset): A-CSM, PSM II, CSP-SM, Protected Advanced Scrum Master (ASM) etc.
Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
