Position Details

Euro Tile & Stone is looking for a Product & Merchandising Manager who combines a sharp design eye with strong organizational instincts. This is a role for someone who understands materials, space, and presentation, who can translate that understanding into showroom displays, A&D; and dealer merchandising programs, digital catalogues, and product launch collateral that reflect the quality of what we carry.

You will work closely with our Product Manager on the front end of the product pipeline, and own the full spectrum of how our products are presented, physically and digitally, from the time they land to the time they reach our showrooms, a designer's studio, a dealer's showroom, or a client's home.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Support product sourcing and lifecycle coordination, both for our regular curation and special projects, alongside the Product Manager.
- Maintain product trackers, asset libraries, and product information across all internal systems.
- Design all physical merchandising materials including our showroom display boards, showroom signage, A&D; and dealer boards, labels, and collateral.
- Plan and execute showroom merchandising updates, product rotations, and minor renovation projects across our locations.
- Produce digital catalogs, custom catalogs, and website product content.
- Brief, direct and perform quality control of our Sample Production team on board layouts, production priorities, and specifications working closely with the Sample Production Lead.
- Prepare and distribute New Product Releases and other internal product training communications to the sales team.
- Coordinate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing,



and our external agency to ensure launches are executed on time and on brand.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and others if/when needed to coordinate and perform certain work to update the showrooms.
- As the position is based in our Ottawa Head Office, travel to visit the other locations approximately every three to four months.

What You Bring to the Role

- A background in interior design or architecture, visual merchandising, or a related creative discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a merchandising, product coordination, or design role – ideally within building materials, luxury interiors, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Able to learn and grasp new technologies and tools.
- Able to produce basic elevation drawings in order to direct showroom adjustments.
- A strong visual and spatial sensibility with a high standard for design quality and brand consistency.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously without losing detail.
- Familiarity with website content management and product information systems.
- Knowledge of tile, stone, slab, flooring or surface materials is a significant asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as Monday.com.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English. French is a strong asset.
