Horizon Moving & Transportation Ltd. is looking for energetic and reliable Movers to join our team! We're hiring both Class 5 drivers and general labourers (no licence needed). In this role, you'll help our customers move smoothly by handling their belongings with care, working safely, and providing friendly, professional service. No experience? No problem. We'll train you.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and move household and commercial items using dollies, straps, and moving equipment
- Wrap and protect furniture with blankets, shrink wrap, and padding
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture at pickup and delivery locations
- Drive company trucks safely and follow all traffic laws (driver position only)
- Communicate clearly with customers and keep them updated during the move
- Follow all safety standards and company policies
Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work long, physical days
- Reliable, on time,
and a good team player
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Moving or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Drivers: valid Class 5 licence and clean driver's abstract
- Labourers: no licence required
