Duties

- Welcome guests warmly during late-night hours, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls efficiently
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct overnight audits by reviewing financial transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management
- Maintain front desk operations by updating guest records, processing reservations, and managing billing accurately




- Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing daily reports to support hotel operations

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong customer service skills to create a welcoming environment
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable to understand guest needs and industry standards
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and guest services software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation and record keeping
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally during overnight shifts
