Position: Night Auditor

Status: Full Time / Part Time

Are you a night owl? We are recruiting an enthusiastic full time Night Auditor for our brand new

Blue Crescent Hotel in Deacon's Corner, Manitoba. Do you have a passion for Guest Service while balancing the business day with extensive attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Purpose: To create 100% Guest Service Satisfaction by providing superior guest service.

● Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing superior guest services.

● Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.

● Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to rectify the guest concern.

● Balance the business day by performing the night audit and completing daily reports as required.

Performs other duties as required:

● Receives and processes incoming customer reservations.

● Check in / Check out guests as required.





● Greets customers and finds out what they want (dates, times, type of rooms, etc.)

● Is always revenue ready and suggests upgrades as applicable to guest needs.

● Records reservation information accurately; identifies and records group and transient book codes and special requests.

● Records and processes deposit and billing information.

● Open and stock the daily breakfast.

● Complete the night audit and daily reporting as required with complete accuracy.

● Nightly property walks and security checks to ensure the hotel is in quiet and in good order throughout the night.

● All other duties as required.
