We are seeking a dynamic and motivated skilled to join our team as a Nuera Test Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of Nuera products and systems. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute detailed testing plans for Nuera products, ensuring all specifications and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and HR to coordinate testing activities and gather feedback
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft to track testing progress and document results accurately
- Conduct research on industry best practices for product testing and incorporate new methodologies into testing procedures
- Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in interviews and assessing candidate suitability for technical roles
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding testing status, issues encountered, and resolution steps




- Assist in training team members on new testing protocols and tools like Lever, iCIMS, or ATS platforms

Requirements

- Proven experience with negotiation, interviewing, and HR sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, talent acquisition strategies, and employee relations practices
- Technical proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft for data management and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences
- Experience in cold calling or lead generation activities to identify potential candidates or partners
- Ability to research industry trends and implement innovative testing solutions effectively
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
