Role Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist with MantraCare, you will be at the forefront of digital healthcare, delivering essential rehabilitation services to clients across Canada. Key Responsibilities:

In this occupational therapist role, you will:

- Conduct virtual clinical assessments to evaluate physical,



sensory, cognitive or developmental barriers impacting daily activities (ADLs).
- Design and execute evidence-based, personalized occupational therapy programs matched to individual patient goals.
- Guide patients and caregivers through functional exercises, ergonomic adjustments and daily activity modifications via video sessions.
- Track rehabilitation progress, re-evaluate functional outcomes and adapt therapy plans accordingly over time.
- Advise patients and families on home modifications, assistive devices and strategies to improve independence at home, school or work.
- Maintain accurate digital patient records, treatment notes and milestone reports using MantraCare’s secure digital platform.
- Deliver ethical, patient-centered care aligned with clinical best practices and provincial regulatory standards.

Requirements:

To qualify for this occupational therapist role in Canada, you should have:

- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from a recognized university program.
- Successful completion of the National Occupational Therapy Certification Examination (NOTCE) administered by the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).




- Active registration in good standing with the appropriate provincial regulatory organization in the province where you intend to practice.
- If you are an internationally educated occupational therapist, you must have completed the Substantial Equivalency Assessment System (SEAS).
- Clinical experience in neuro-rehabilitation, pediatrics, orthopedics, mental health or geriatric occupational therapy.
