Salary Range $1,834.50 to $2,192.69 bi-weekly Temporary Market Stipend Total Assigned days (AC) / Total Hours per biweekly pay Monday to Friday. Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA) Job Duties - Provide administrative and support services to the program head and instructional staff - Provide information and support services to Literacy and Adult Education students - Provide program information to the general public and outside agencies - Liaise with other departments, offices and agencies - Create and manage student database - Manage the office, which includes reception duties - Assist students, administrative and academic staff to ensure the program runs smoothly. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Specific Accountabilities Duties Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA) - Recognized office education or business certificate or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Minimum of two years recent and relevant experience performing administrative and clerical work.
- Training and/or experience in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Word and Excel.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational skills.
