The Wellington Long Term Care & Retirement Home is seeking a Program Therapist to plan, implement and evaluate therapeutic and recreational activities for residents. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to address physical, social, emotional, cognitive, spiritual and cultural needs.
Responsibilities include documentation, program planning, outings, community engagement and adapting programs to residents’ status. Robust communication and organizational skills are essential.
