Enterprise Technology Transformation / Mainframe Program
in

Senior Program Manager calibre with
10+ years of progressive program/project management experienceProven experience leading
large-scale enterprise technology programs and transformation initiativesMainframe modernization, application transformation, legacy platform or complex technology transformation experience preferredStrong
program governance, integrated planning, financial management, RAID, risk & dependency managementExperience managing
multiple project teams, workstreams, vendors and interdependent initiativesStrong
executive stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and influencing skillsProven
vendor management
experience, including SOWs, deliverables, milestones and escalationsExperience with
Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid




delivery methodologiesPMP or equivalent project/program management credential strongly preferredExperience coordinating Canadian and U.S. teams and distributed/offshore
resources is an assetExperience in utilities or other complex/regulatory enterprise
settings is an assetWhat You’ll Be Doing
Lead the
end-to-end delivery of a large, multi-project enterprise technology transformation, establishing governance, managing integrated roadmaps, coordinating workstreams, overseeing financials and vendors, proactively managing RAID, and providing concise executive-level reporting.The successful candidate will work closely with
executive sponsors, business leaders, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data/integration teams, PMO/EPMO, vendors and project/workstream leads
to drive delivery through implementation, cutover and stabilization.
