In accordance with Northern Health’s mission and values, you will perform a variety of tasks related to cooking, food portioning, and sanitation. As a Cook, you will ensure that meals are prepared safely and served efficiently while also supervising Food Service Workers in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Cook and prepare a diverse range of food items
Portion and serve meals to hospital patients
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Clean and maintain all cooking equipment and utensils
Manage tasks assigned to Food Service Workers within the kitchen

Requirements:
Experience in cooking and food service preferred
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food prep
