POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Solution Owners motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to ensure the operation, availability and evolution of application solutions in production, coordinate fixes and updates with technical teams, support business users, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the operational follow-up and availability of application solutions.
Coordinate the resolution of incidents and change requests.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams and with vendors.
Document processes, configurations and operating procedures.
Take part in testing and validating fixes and updates.
Produce performance indicators and monitoring reports.
Support business users and drive continuous improvement

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as a Solution Owner.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, Protected, Nexus.
Hold one of the following certifications:



ITIL 4 Managing Qualified, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader.
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): PgMP, PMP.
Experience with one of the following tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
