POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for IT Analysts motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to analyze the organization's technology needs and processes, document requirements and solutions, take part in system delivery and testing, track requests and incidents, and support business users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze technology needs and translate them into requirements and solutions.
Document processes, functional and technical requirements and the selected solutions.
Take part in system configuration, testing and go-live.
Track requests, incidents and changes in the designated tools.
Produce analyses, indicators and progress reports.
Collaborate with development and operations teams and with vendors.
Support business users and contribute to continuous improvement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information technology.
Eight (08) to fifteen (15) years of experience as an IT Analyst.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
Hold one of the following certifications:



ITIL 4 Managing Qualified, CCBA, PMI-PBA.
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): CBAP, PMP, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader.
Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
