In the role of Sales Assistant, your primary mandate will be to play a key role in the successful delivery of production projects. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative and operational support to Account Managers, including the coordination of administrative tasks related to projects. More precisely, you will have to:
Assist the Account Manager with customer relationship management and communications;
Participate in the quotation process by preparing the required documentation;
Create projects in Prextra;
Prepare daily reports and perform required follow-ups;
Follow up on approvals of administrative documentation;
Assist in identifying and resolving potential issues;
Ensure accurate and productive administrative follow-up of ongoing projects in preparation for billing;
Prepare project-related billing;
Collaborate with Financial Controllers in the follow-up of accounts receivable;
Coordinate Canadian and U.S.



transportation management and planning;
Perform any other related duties.

REQUIREMENTS
Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) or any other equivalent training;
Have 3 years of experience in an administrative role;
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite;
Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with our partners outside of Quebec;
Knowledge of Prextra and Monday software (an asset);
Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (an asset);
Experience in project management (an asset);
Exhibit the ability to manage multiple files or tasks simultaneously;
Demonstrate robust organizational skills;
Work collaboratively and effectively within a team workplace;
Display attention do detail.
