POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for an identity and access management architect motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to design and evolve the identity and access management architecture, define role, authentication and access governance models, oversee the integration of applications with identity services, and act as an advisor to the teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design the target architecture for identity, access and entitlement management.
Define role models (RBAC/ABAC), least privilege and segregation of duties.
Oversee the authentication, federation, MFA and conditional access architecture.
Define access governance, certification and privileged account management processes.
Oversee the integration of applications with identity services and directories.
Produce architecture documents, standards and control specifications.
Collaborate with enterprise, security and solution architects and with operations teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology.
Minimum five (05) years of experience as an IAM Architect.




Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
Hold one of the following certifications: SC-100, SC-300, CISSP.
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): CISM, ISACA CRISC, TOGAF.
Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
