POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for a operational security architect motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to design and evolve the operational security architecture, define detection, protection and response capabilities, oversee security norms and standards, embed security into solutions and operations, and act as an advisor to the teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design the operational security architecture: detection, protection, response and logging.
Define the security norms, standards, patterns and requirements applicable to solutions.
Oversee the architecture of the SIEM, the SOC, vulnerability management and hardening.
Perform risk and threat analyses and security architecture reviews.
Produce security documents and control specifications.
Guide security operations teams and validate compliance with the targets.
Collaborate with enterprise, solution, network and IAM architects.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology.
Minimum five (05) years of experience as an Operational Security Architect.
Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.




Hold one of the following certifications: SC-100, CISSP, CISM.
Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): Cisco CyberOps Professional, GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC), ISACA CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
