POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for a technology solution architect motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to design the technology architecture of solutions and recommend platform choices while embedding performance, security and scalability requirements; produce architecture documents; ensure alignment with enterprise targets; and guide delivery and deployment teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design the technology architecture of solutions (application, data, integration, infrastructure).
Assess technology options and recommend platform and component choices.
Produce solution architecture documents and technical diagrams.
Embed non-functional requirements: performance, availability, security, scalability.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards and targets.
Guide development and operations teams during delivery and deployment.
Collaborate with business, functional, data, infrastructure and security architects

CANDIDATE PROFILE
University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology.
Minimum five (05) years of experience as a Technology Solution Architect.




Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, Secure, Nexus.
Hold one of the following certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305.
Hold one of the following Agile certifications (an asset): CSM, PSM I, PSM II, A-CSM, Protected Scrum Master etc.
Experience with one of the following tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
Language: French and English
