Insight Global is hiring an Operations Associate to support one of Canada’s largest banking institutions. This role is part of the Retail and Transfers team and plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities
-Process a variety of financial transactions with precision and timeliness.
-Update and maintain client records in internal systems.
-Generate and analyze financial reports to support operational decisions.
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
-Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy—errors may result in financial impact.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proven experience in documentation review and data integrity.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume settings.
-Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
-Clear and professional communication skills.
