PURPOSE:

The Operations Coordinator will support the establishment and growth of the company’s U.S. field operations – ideally located near our Sealy, TX office, but open to remote with regular travel to a hub & future relocation opportunity. This is a unique opportunity to help build and develop a U.S. installation team while leveraging the established corporate support departments in our Canadian office located in Acheson, AB.

Ideal candidate will combine foundation industry experience, strong leadership, and business insight to support building a field team, manage installation projects safely and efficiently, develop customer relationships, and identify opportunities for continued growth. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to help shape the company’s U.S. operations from the ground up.

DUTIES:

Operations

- Monitor field crew performance and coordinate project logistics.




- Review and submit field documentation for invoicing, safety, quality, and payroll requirements.
- Manage subcontractor performance and commitments incl. cost, quality, and schedule.

Project Management
- Full lifecycle project participation from estimating to project management, including scope, budget, and project requirements – supported by PM & Estimating teams in our Canadian office.
- Plan and manage project labor, equipment, and resource requirements including contract changes, scope changes, and schedule impacts.

Business Development
- Identify and qualify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through sales activities, industry events, and client engagement.
- Develop opportunities and work with internal teams and clients to secure new business.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of construction experience, helical piling experience is an asset
- Knowledge of industry processes, procedures and best practices
- Solid understanding of all aspects of foundation installation and complimentary field services

WORK WORKPLACE:

- Travelling away from home for various periods of time
