Job Summary

369 Secure is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily security, concierge security, and access control services. This is a hands-on role combining field visits, staff management, recruitment, scheduling, and client service.

Responsibilities

- Review overnight coverage, patrols, incidents, and guard reports; lead the morning operations meeting.
- Visit sites, inspect guard performance, meet client contacts, and resolve service concerns.
- Maintain shift coverage, coordinate replacements, and support recruitment and interviews.
- Track corrective actions and deliver a weekly KPI report covering coverage, patrols, incidents, and site performance.

Qualifications

Experience managing security operations, guards, and schedules is required. Solid communication, sound judgment, and the ability to travel between GTA sites are essential. Candidates must be comfortable with early morning starts and field work.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
