Pay: CA$20.00-CA$25.00 per hour

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Administrator to manage the daily business operations and administrative functions of our growing residential and commercial cleaning company. In this role, you will streamline office workflows, coordinate scheduling and logistics, maintain client accounts, and support our field team to ensure peak operational efficiency and service quality.

Duties

- Oversee daily business operations, including scheduling and cleaners’ inquiry
- Expected to work 5 days a week and some weekends as required.
- Handle customer service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes for current staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate with the virtual assistant to ensure daily and weekly targets for customer bookings are met.

- Professional Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities (English/Spanish or similar)
