truLOCAL is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to provide daily operational support of the fulfillment center, including pick and packing customer orders, as well as interacting with inventory management systems to receive orders from our suppliers. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and charismatic individual who has the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention for detail.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The roles and responsibilities of the Fulfillment Specialist include, but are not limited to:

Daily Operations

- Pick and pack all customer orders
- Receive, unload and inspect incoming materials from various suppliers
- Coordinate and oversee outgoing shipments with Fulfillment Manage
- Operate a pump truck in the warehouse to load/unload trucks and move inventory
- Keep warehouse clean and organized, ensuring goods are stocked for the following days deliveries
- Assist in the tracking and managing of inventory
- Create purchase orders with suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma required, College Diploma preferred
- 1-2 year related experience
- Basic understanding of MS software, including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

SHIFT REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:
- Shift: Monday - Friday - 8AM ~ 4PM each week. Unfortunately, we do not have availability to alternate the above days/times - candidates must be able to work the entirety of the shift.
- Payment: Weekly Installments, Direct Deposit.
