We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer/Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties

- Assemble components using small hand tools and mechanical knowledge to ensure product quality and consistency
- Pack finished products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or issues early on
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing standards
- Assist with inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed products




- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and efficiencies

Qualifications

- Prior experience in manufacturing, or assembly environments preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use small hand tools effectively.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes, packaging techniques, and quality standards.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail combined with good communication skills
